Ajax vs Inter

With no midweek match Ajax have the chance to spend twice as much time preparing for the visit of Inter Milan, who themselves have a WCT game against Kaiser Chiefs midweek. There are 2 absentees in Baart and Timber, but with ready made replacements in Eiting and Krutogolov and so team selection won’t be a headache as the home fans look forward to a first home tie in 4 at the Amsterdam Arena.

PSG v Arsenal

With Idriss Fares still missing for PSG, and Matt Harrison contemplating resting Simunovic and Nu Bevue, it's hard to see the Parisians getting a result this week. The paper thin squad is stretched to the limit, and Matt Harrison is mainly hoping for no injuries or suspensions this week. He took time out from worrying about having to play himself to hype.... erm, I mean highlight the exceptional form of D-P_Bikouta. Only 18, the young Frenchman is already bossing the midfield and looks like a superstar in the making.

Liverpool    -       Tottenham Hotspur

A big clash - whilst no one has tipped Daz to take all 3 points, this is a tough one ...

Drew in only previous encounter - Subbuteo PS Cup - losing on pens .. so want to exact revenge and climb the table ..

Team and tactics all top secret!!

FC Zorya Luhansk    -        Villarreal CF

Top vs bottom, Villareal have yet to win a game ... anything less than 3 pts is unacceptable ..

Only previous meeting was a 2-0 win in the League Trophy in Season 2 - when I was managing Warsaw ...

Gomez replaces Zahedi up front, Forsberg returns to the left wing with Della Verde moving into the centre ...
