FC BASEL v Tottenham Hotspur

We entertain Spurs and a team that are one of the favourites for promotion.  If they play well then they should win but we are ready to cause an upset.

AC MILAN v Olympiakos

A good chance for us to pick up al 3 points and maintain a challenge at the top.

Ajax v PSG

PSG face a difficult trip away to Skitz's Ajax, and will be without genius amazing awesome incredible prodigious wonderkid keeper Franchi, which is a shame as Matt Harrison is expecting plenty of Ajax shots. The PSG maestro spent this week's press conference hyping discussing the talents of 16 year old winger Rayan Cheriki, who has 2 goals and an assist in the last 3 games. The future's bright, the future's PSG.

Atletico Madrid - Liverpool

Warthog faces Raingod's Liverpool team for the second time this week, but this time with Atletico Madrid. Having learnt so much about their side we feel we've done our homework and know how to break them down. They are no doubt more worried about this game than we are. Both strikers Joćo Felix and Perry Jones are on form and we have a formidable midfield so we are full of confidence going in to this game. It should be a cracker hence Match of the Day confirming it will be the first game shown on Saturday night.

Porto - Valencia

This game should be nothing more than a procession for us if we don't go in to it over confident. The other threat is our brittle defence that seems to get us a player taken off injured every game and with only a rubbish defender on the bench it is our biggest danger. Surely the manager needs to venture in the transfer market to sort this but he doesn't seem to so we continue to take the risk! Hopefully if we get an injury it is in midfield as we're spoilt for choice these and keep having to leave quality players out of the side. James Rodriguez gets another run out after having a disappointing number of appearances so far this season with the manager confirming it is time for him to get some games. Hopefully we can continue our unbeaten league record this season despite a thumping in the world club trophy in midweek that the players need to forget.

Atletico_Madrid - Liverpool

Yet another meeting with Warthog!!

Third meeting with Madrid - and 3rd different manager in the opposition dug out - we beat them 2-1 when Drum was in charge, then suffered a humiliating 2-5 reversal when Chris S was in charge, which ultimately cost us the league title last season ...

After our best ever result midweek (against Warthog!), and a full squad to select from, we go into the game with confidence - to keep the line up fresh - and Warthog guessing - we are making 3 changes to the starting XI..

Flora_Tallinn - Legia_Warsaw

Unbeaten in 7, and facing a team in the relegation zone yet to win a game. .. on paper straightforward ..

.. however, Raingod is concerned about the failure to win our last 2, and the performances being mediocre.

Warsaw announce NINE changes to the starting XI with only skipper Jedrzejczyk and youngster Lakomy keeping their places .. this means Skipper Dier and loanee Mbappe both drop to the bench ...

We also change formation and tactics - to ensure we avoid this potential banana skin ...

PSG vs Ajax Amsterdam

Keepers schmeepers where’d you get those peepers. PSG are up next as the Ajax train pulls into town. The two youngest sides going head to head, PSG looking to pull free of the relegation zone and Ajax trying to reign in leaders Bayern. Ajax line up with their strongest 11. Full back K_Wal’Peters expected to join over the weekend to add yet more versatile youth options to the squad.
