It is still relatively close in the Uhlsport Division after nine matches with only FCI Levadia Tallinn and APOEL Nicosia cut adrift of the rest with just six points separating first and sixth.

The EFLO FA decided that there were three candidates for the manager of the month award as follows:

After deliberating, the panel decided that Miloš Kruščić of CSKA Sofia were the winners with a win % of 60%.  Alyaksey Baha’s BATE Borisov were second despite them being unbeaten throughout the month but too many draws cost them this time around.  In third place was the veteran Fatih Terim of Galatasaray BK who had a win % of 60% but their defeat to FC Basel on matchday nine proved costly.

Salzburg and Galatasaray both had identical records for the month and are battling it out for second at the moment.  Flora Tallinn won 3 of their games during October but FC Basel won 4 and went unbeaten for the whole month so their manager Werewilf takes the award.
