The treble is secure! A hard fought game - we dominated possession as epxpected but Valencia gave us a good game! Unlucky Warthog!

An Alli penalty secured the result, and secured him MOM - Nuwedorp also had a blinder!

This was our 12th straight win in all competitions - and we have not conceded in our last 11!

Great end to the season .. players now entitled to a well earned rest ..

Valencia 0 - 0 Liverpool (Liverpool win 1-0 on penalties)

A hard fought game against the best team in the game which we unfortunately lost on penalty. Despite picking the same team, formation and tactics from when we beat them at the start of the tournament it just wasn't to be. The unfortunate man was captain Ito Morientes who was hashly given a penalty against him at the start of the second half that Alli converted. We had chances but couldn't just make them count. The manager was seen waving to the fans at the end of the game and taking time to shake as many hands as possible. Could this mean something more than congratulations for a great season securing a double and being runners up in this one?
