Away win in our first ever meeting with them, but not as dominant as we would have liked ..

After cruising into a 2-0 lead in the first half hour, we then took our foot off the gas ..

Innocenti is now settled and scored for a 3rd game in a row ...

A Martial strike got them back in it from the restart, and we did not do enough to score further ..

A late Ajer injury meant we finished with 10, but he is fine and will train tomorrow ...

A strategic masterclass from Zorya - preventing PSG from a single shot on or off target!

We dispensed with our wingers, opting for a back 5 with 3 deep midfielders, and it worked in frustrating them!

Tanaka was unlucky to be red carded on his debut, and although a quiet performance had the gravitas and leadership qualities we need!

Tie is certainly not over, but proud of them tonight!

Our fight for the cause means we have 3 suspensions for the league game on Saturday ...

happy to win the 1st leg but not happy about conceding 2 goals at home so all i have to do is manage the 2nd leg right and we will go through but the main is we won our home leg

As we expected we got comfortably beaten so expect this to the exit tie for us in this competition. We tried hard but failed well having not really being able to compete in the Nou Camp. Not a lot of positives other than not getting any injuries and as we only had 2 shots in the game there is nothing really to report from our side. We'll have to attack them in the second leg even though it is likely to be too little too late.

Matt Harrison decided to take a bit of time before talking the press after the match. He needed to compose himself so he wouldn't slag Raingod off for playing anti-football and destroying what could have been a great game. So rather than launch a tirade about the horrendously negative tactics of his opponent, which killed the game and ruined the match for the fans, he graciously congratulated his opposite number. "They got exactly what they came for, so congratulations. Unfortunately we didn't get what we wanted, which was a game of football."

What a gent, so gracious!
